    Hi all, considering cambridge.. How much is it and are there support groups? Xx

    cost depends on your CDC hun, some charge slightly more or less than others.. mine charges £1.85 for packs (shakes or soups) and £2.20 for tetra's (ready made shakes)

    you will most likely need 3 products per day if you are on SS (sole source) your starting point plan will be determined by your cambridge counsellor, some people are unsuitable for sole source.

    healthy eating
    some places have groups instead of one to one but i like my one to one and my 7 days a week support from minimins.

    Hiya, the average cost seems to be around £2 p/pack and ur on a support group right here!!!

    I pay £42 a week for 21 Tetra packs which are ready-made milkshakes. Depends on your height if you need 3/4 p/day
