Weekly is recommended - same day, same time, same scales. Try to avoid temptation in between - it will drive you crazy as your body bounces around:)

I do it every day I look forward to it each morning but I record my weight loss for the week cos mines fluctuates a bit.

Hehe I'm a scaleaholic! I jump on every morning but only record weight every Monday morning :) I just love the feelin of seeing the numbers decrease in size even if it's a little each day lol x

I weigh once a week on the same day etc, I find it can become very obsessive if you weigh every day and also you can feel down if your weight yoyos, which it will, during the week. Weekly weigh ins give you the best indication of how you are doing;)

Scaleaholic for sure!! Every morning without fail.. I'm also 1 of them 1s that removes every item of heavy clothing and moves the scales around the floor to see if I get a different reading haha o dear, I wonder if there's a help group for it or something lol

omg i know i alwways feel better when weighing with as little or nothing on, how hard is it to only weigh once a week
