Have just been on the Good Food website, they've got some yummy soups, calorie counted and searchable by calorie count.

I'm doing Moroccan chickpea soup tonight (148kcal per serving), and later in the week Chorizo and chickpea (366kcal - but worth it for the chorizo!)

that is mega interesting. i often wonder why i'm still full ages after i've eaten a low cal soup. also explains why i always eat my cereal heated up with the milk so it all blends in together. i stay fuller for longer after eating 2 weetabix or 2 shredded wheat that has been blasted into mush in the microwave for 2 mins than stuff that is eaten cold. hmmm!
