Have just been on the Good Food website, they've got some yummy soups, calorie counted and searchable by calorie count.

Recipes - 5000 tried and tested recipes... - BBC Good Food

I'm doing Moroccan chickpea soup tonight (148kcal per serving), and later in the week Chorizo and chickpea (366kcal - but worth it for the chorizo!)

that is mega interesting. i often wonder why i'm still full ages after i've eaten a low cal soup. also explains why i always eat my cereal heated up with the milk so it all blends in together. i stay fuller for longer after eating 2 weetabix or 2 shredded wheat that has been blasted into mush in the microwave for 2 mins than stuff that is eaten cold. hmmm!

I eat soup every lunchtime and I'm afraid it doesn't have that effect on me; by 3 O'clock I am itching for something naughty!
