How to decide your target

My PAT is 9st7lb, i think i chose this as i know i'm happy at that weight, happy with my size and how i look. My interim targets are 13 stone as this is where i begin to feel alright about myself and 10stone as its a good place to be and will just have the last 7lbs to go then :D. Though just working on a lb at a time as it seems so far away had a little moany cry the other night as even my 10% of 15st11 seems to be so out of reach(have 8lbs left to get there). I think its because i lost 0.5 lb last week and its upset me
Aww you will get there one day, your doing really well 0.5 off is better off than on. I have started off doing extra easy and found my weight slowed down and some weeks increases. I now do red and green through the week and extra easy at weekends and my weight has started to come off, I think Iam near target now.

Yes I just put down a number but I'm not sure if that's where I really want to be. I will continue to lose weight until I feel it is right for me. Could be the 160 I've now set, might be a bit more or less, I'm not sure at this moment.
My c has mentioned me setting a target twice now in I T, I have just got my 1 stone award, and I am tall at 5' 10" but said I want to get to my club 10 and then have a think. She said she wont let me go below the healthy range, which is good. I notice on the S W website when you log in to post your new weight it gives a graph and your weight loss journey together with a line for your target. My target line is 10st 8lbs, am currently 11st 10 lbs. Just want to lose my flabby tum, I am deceiving as so tall but I think youre right when you say you will know when the time is right. When I did S W years ago I realise I went down too low, well I continued doing it after I got to target, got a bit obsessed and couldnt seem to control it. Then the bad habits took hold and the rest is history.
