How to make SW chips?

As the title says can anyone how to sucessfully make SW chips, as is step by step, how much frylite, oven temp, how long etc! Thanks

Hi, when making sw chips it doesn't matter how much fry lite u use. If making in oven par boil potatoes, drain and shake dry which fluffs the edges place on baking tray sprayed with oil and then spray over potatoes and place in a hot oven and cook til nicely brown.
However I bought a tefal dry fry and you can do lots of foods in it. It is a bit pricy butnwell worth it.
