How to thank people???

Could someone please tell me how to 'say thank you' to someone for a reply or a post on here?

It's the thumbs up at the bottom right of your post

Hiya! At the bottom of their post, on the right hand side, there should be a few icons, one of them being a 'thumbs up' with the word 'Thanks'. Click on it and Bob is your proverbial uncle!

I noticed that before - It may be when people have less than 50 posts, or on Sticky threads?

Your own posts don't have a thanks sign as you can't thank yourself

It's on all the above posts. where have you noticed its not on? Of course, its not on your own post cos you cann't thank yourself, is this what your noticing, that its missing off your own post?
