Slow but sure....
Well done on your loss, that's excellent.
Just click on to the web site just above your ticker, then just follow the instructions.
Also check out the 'Tutorial's' section above that will be a big help to you as well.
I've also noticed that you have now lost 7 lbs, if you copy and paste the ½ a stone sticker off my signature to yours, you will have that ½ stone showing as well, well done.
Just note though, that you will need 50 posts before you can put too much in your signature, but that shouldn't take you too long. X
