Huge blip, i really shouldnt weigh during week :(

Hi everyone
really need to talk to someone. I feel so ill, mad, upset and bad.
I got weighed this morning even though my consultant tells me not to and have maintained, so ive thought sod it, and ate, get ready.....
2 bags of quavers
2 bags of space raiders
2 blue ribbons
jacket with butter nd cheese
3 rich teas
2 hifis
2 kinda minis
all after a full cooked breakfast and its only just lunch time.
I fel so greedy and upset and sick.
I really dont want a gain but know im going to now.
Allbecuse i weihed during week :(

Hi just put it behind you and start over , I need to lose about the same as you and I know there will be times when I do the same . Got a wedding in a couple of weeks then 3 parties in December lol am dreading it but this time I am not giving up .... Let's urge each other on

I agree, don't let this get you down. Just forgot it happened and start again.
I had a meal out with colleagues last saturday and a kind of exclusive all you can eat joint. I can describe the amount of food i had and the plate of sweet stuff i finished off with. I stepped on the scales the same night, at 4 am when i woke up and again at 8 am. Hoping it did not spoil my weightloss of the last few weeks.
And yes i gained about 3 pounds but got back on it the next day and what i gained has dissapeared again already. So don't let this step back get you down, we all need to let our hair loose once in a while, lucky i don't have any, :)
