I can see where ur coming from Vicky but i did maintenance 4 a month and only went back on LT to get rid of the last few pounds easily. 2 weeks was my maximum. I've only 4 days to go. But as i said already the problem is more rooted.

at the end of the day hun as long as you are happy in your heart then that's all the matters - if you feel you need to do these last 4 days then do them for yourself. Hope you're feeling happier soon xx
