Sorry you're having a hard time getting started again. Is the 6 stone you now have to lose in addition to the 7 you've already lost i.e. a total of 13 stone, or did you put 6 stone back on? If you're having a hard time starting could you maybe start with LT or Exante for breakfast and lunch and then a very low carb meal in the evening and then when you get into the swing, go 100%. This would get you into ketosis so you should start seeing reasonable losses immediately. This might be a gentler way in and would be better than delaying your weight loss journey. Good luck.

It is hard to get back into, I know! you have to really want this, and I guess you do as you wouldnt have posted this - so take it one day at a time. Sometimes that big road with no-food ahead of us can look way too long to begin down but if you break it up into days then its not so daunting!!! I tell myself "just one day and I'll see how I feel" and you know that once you get into the swing of it you'll start seeing fab losses and not want to give up! Keep posting, start a diary maybe, keep accountable, and let us know how you get on!
i am also back again i now its going to be hard second time around but my focus is my sons wedding but also i cannot do another summer at this weight i want to wear nice clothes and feel good in them this summer i have put a photo of an outfit im going to buy myself when i have lost 4 stone on the fridge and im always looking at the photos of everyones before and after i find it helps me when im struggling to see how amazing they look after they have lost the weight...good luck let me know how you are getting on...x

I wonder when you had all that great success first time round, did you have trouble starting then? All the advice from your fellow Trimmers above sounds really useful but only you can decide if your mind is in that "ready zone". Good luck to you whatever you decide x
