This is turning into a sort of diary. This is day 4 still feel tired and lethargic, have just made a shepherds pie for the family dinner tonight, and I didn't even lick the mash that was stuck to the spoon I can't believe where this willpower has come from - I just don't want to spoil it.

Can't take baths yet I only ever have showers as I can't relax in the bath because I'm too fat, so looking forwardto the day when I can have a nice soak.
