I feel Great

How is it that by eating the lowest calorie intake I have more energy than I've every had? I feel great.

It is strange, I look at it as I was putting the wrong fuel in my tank so wasnt running efficiently

I do feel better but I am so ratty at the minute and also really teary like I could cry at the drop of a hat!!

I have def found the weekend harder than during the week in work but I suppose it could be to do wit th etime of the month too and its just getting on top of me a bit. I will be alright its my family I feel sorry for!
