I feel really fat today!

This week i've been really good and I have WI tonight.
My OH tells me it's 'pre-WI nerves' and I'm always like this on a Tuesday!

Does anyone else have an overwhelming foreboding sense on the day before WI!? xo

Yes yes yes lol I feel soooo fat on wi and so bloated!!! It's ridiculous!! I'm sure I weigh two stone lighter during the week lol good luck tonight xx

Yes! Even if I've been really good I still have butterflies the day I'm weighing

Totally agree. My day is Thursday though - for the same reason - its weigh day! x

Today is my WI too - feeling really fat and bloated today :-(
Been really good all week though - only the scales will tell!

I'd definatly say its WI day jitters. I had my first weigh in on sunday morning at home, went to bed saturday night feeling ok.... woke up Sunday and I felt like a lead weight! Good luck with WI, I'm sure you will be fine x

Definitely! Its my WI today too and although Ive felt upbeat, today I feel down and bloaty! Am sure its just nerves and that it'll be fine! Good luck!
