    Yikes iv been so lazy n lax with myself over past few weeks. Feel absolutely awful for it now so decided to stage a turnaround. Not gona beat myself up over anything but need to have things in moderation. Three sensible meals a day is the goal and whatever exercise i can muster. Il let yas know who it goes.
