So here I am again 13st 9lb heaviest iv ever been today i am 100% back on track just need some motivation from u guys lol!!! (and maybe a gastric band fited!!)

Just cant seem to get my head into it at all id like 1 stone off for xmas (wishfull thinking i know) but im really gunna try i feel and look huge

anyway ill pst later today let ya al know how iv got on

Good luck today. Fill up on plenty of water. I am sure you can lose a stone for Christmas. Getting motivated is never easy esp when the weather is awful. All you can do is your very best!!!!!! Have a Grand day.
