Just wanted to say a quick hello after reading your diary am new to this site today and only rejoined slimming world this week after 5 years it's nice to know your not the only person that struggles with the joys of weight loss think this site could offer a real place of support on my weightloss journey i'm excited to be here.

I'm fine thanks and for once we have nicer weather up here. It's cold, frosty but sunny. Makes a nice change but I'm sure it won't last long.

Someone told me this morning that was the name of the big yellow thing I could see in the sky. Not sure I believe them though. Think they made it up cos they'd never seen it before either. Think it's chinese whispers.
