I know it's hard - I remember being terrified of any kind of food touching my lips the first time I did Cambridge.

good for you, first bite is the best, so why not have it ? I'm cooking religiously for my family, and I really need to taste food while I'm cooking. Although on CD I try to taste it at the very end, so not to mess up with my diet. But I tell you this first bite of indian spinach today was just great, but I really did not need more....
