Hi all.
I joined SW in July, and although I have lost 2 stone,I still have a long way to go-I need to lose 9 stone in all,and I've gotta say that the more support I can find the better.

Yes and welcome. I too have a lot to lose and instead of looking at the whole picture have split it into smaller mini targets.
