I went for a walk just now and.....

not only did I walk through the Screwfix car park past the burger van (boy did those onions and burgers smell good) without stopping, BUT I realised that the top of my thighs no longer rubbed together and my chin(s) didn't wobble either! Ha ha! Mind you, I should have been at the gym, but I'm just having one of those off days, so I walked instead.
