Iceland free foods and low syn foods

Can anyone please give me list of foods which or free or low syn for different foods from Iceland or tell me where I can get it. I am a slimming world member and tried to look online but don't get much come up. Thank you

Did you search on this forum? I'm pretty sure this has been asked before or I seem to remember somebody mentioning which foods you can buy at Iceland which are low syn/syn free. I seem to recall some lamb is free, maybe worth a search.
