Iceland Frozen Cauliflower Cheese/Broccoli +Cauli Cheese

Hi,

Have just got back from Iceland
(the shop) with a large bag each of Cauliflower Cheese and Broccoli and Cauliflower Cheese. You heat them in the oven. Don't suppose anyone has an idea of the syn value.

it says in my book (2017) that it is 5 syns per 170g serving
