Sorry if im posting this in the wrong area but i cant seem to find anywhere else to ask it!
Im on day 6 today and ive been really ill all day. I've eaten a bowl of porridge because i felt like i needed something and smells of anything (coffee/ tea/chocolate shake) were making me gag.
Ive stood on the scales just though and ive gained 3lbs!
Was this the right thing to do? Have i really messed up the diet? Will this have thrown me out of ketosis?
Any info would be great just a bit upset at the mo as was really hoping for a good number this week!
