Im back... again :o( LOL

Hi everyone... its me again!!

I tried to get bk on board but lost my motivation. I split up with my longterm b.f and moved bk to my parents so I am finding it hard not to comfort eat. But my girlie mates are taking me to their villa foor a few days in Sept, and I dont want comfort eating to show in the photos!!

So I am going to try and exercise again and lose 3lb a wk so that in no time id have shifted the stone that ive been on and off with since easter!

I did lose a stone after xmas, but the 2nd stone was harder! So this time, I need to do it!!

It's nice to see you back Sacha! If you haven't been doing SF for a while then you may get a big loss in your first week so that should help!
