im back and reeeeealllllly trying this time!!

some of you may remember me, i dissapeared of for a few months, if i go off the rails i completely avoid coming on here as it makes me feel so guilty, so as part of my new effort i had to come back on here to face up to things.

ive put on a stone and feel miserable, good news that im 3 days into ketosis and absoulely freezing :bundledup: so am hoping thats a good sign.

is being cold part of the ketosisi cause about day 3 i felt really cold and was walking round in 4 layers everyone thought i was weird!
