I'm back, please please please can i come in?

Ok, i haven't been here for ages. I shall give you a brief history of what i have been doing. I did LL last yr for 4 months and lost 5 stone, never got to goal, i tried to lose the rest with WW but just couldn't do it, then i faffed about with CD then went bak onto SW (I lost quite abit of weight with this plan a few yrs ago and loved it) then in Jan went bak to SS and having contiually messed aropund on it since then. So far i have gained bak about 2.7 sts of the 5 i lost and i seriously need to get back into a safe weight loss programme. I have been trying to SS but have failed miserably, My CDC advised me to do the 1000 plan but to be honest i am not even sure if i can do this either, i am kind of like an all or nothing girl, and to be honest i am absolutely sick to death os shakes/soups and bars lol.

So there you go, i now weigh 15st 8 lbs and i want to lose about 3 stone, so what do you think can i do this with slimming worlg or have i well and truely messed up my metabolism?

I really need some help to decide what to do. I do think i have pretty much decided to do SW was just wondering if anyone here had gone on to do sw from cambridge and how they had found the losses.

welcome back :p

I think if you were to move straight from a vlcd then you'd expect a gain because your glycogen stores would be refilling :eek: However if you've not been having the packs then I reckon you'd see a loss. It's def do-able to lose your 3 stones.. go for it, and keep us updated :D
