Im back .....

Hi All

Sorry I havent been round much lately been really ill with a bad chest, ended up in hospital for 10 days!! feel a million times better and ready to get rid of these last few pounds!! I have managed to stay the same which is lucky I know and my cllr is coming Friday with my supplies and to weigh me, this is officially day 3 of restart, struggled a bit today so swapped my ss+ to dinnertime instead of tea to help me a bit as I am very busy tonight so know I will get through that!!

Welcome back, glad you are feeling better - you must have been rough to spend 10 days in hospital! Poor you.
Good luck with the re-start! You've done amazingly well, those last few pounds will fly off!!
