As soon as they go in the sales - he he !!

Meanwhile I'm going to keep track on here:
Jan 1st 2010 - Green Day

Breakfast: 1 and a half tesco cheese and leek sausages (6.5syns - very hefty syn wise 4.5each :cry:), 1 57g wholemeal roll (HB)

Snack: pineapple, hot choc (2syns), 1/4 slice of gingerbread (2syns)

Dinner: spicy carrot soup, homity pie (HB for the low fat cheese)

Snack: lasting satisfaction yog

Tea: mixed veg stir fry with amoy straight to wok noodles (2syns), homemade rice pudding x 2 portions (2xHA for the skimmed milk + 6syns)


Exercise: 1 hour walking the dog :)


Total syns: 18.5..... have a rotten cold today so just happy to have eaten properly even though I've not stuck to 15 syns. The second portion of rice pudding was for medicinal reasons ;)

Still waiting for the diary sales, so here's another days diary. I'm feeling pretty grotty with a cold but determined to stick to plan today :)

Jan 2nd 2010 - Green Day

Breakfast: oats (HB) and skimmed milk (HA)

Snack: pineapple, banana

Dinner: pasta n sauce with a large salad and extra cheese (42g low fat cheese HA)

Snack: cherries :D, 6 brazils (HB)

Tea: rice, sw chips, 1 pappadum (2syns), sainsburys medium veg curry (7.5syns), vlf fromage frais, white options (1.5x2syns per sachet=3syns) and a meringue nest (2.5syns), banana.


Exercise: 25mins walk with my dog :), big supermarket shop (ha ha)


Total syns: 15 (yeah!)

Breakfast: 2xnimble wholemeal (HB) and 2 poached eggs

Snack: no need didnt feel like anything

Dinner: 3 quorn sausages, veggies, new potatoes, gravy (3 syns), vlf fromage frais, white options (2syns) and a meringue nest (2.5syns)

Snack: small slice of sw quiche, 1 mini baby bel plus skimmed milk in tea (HA)


Tea: Quorn and bean chilli and rice, topped with low fat cheese 42g (HB), followed by meringue and fromage frais again (using 1.5 sachets of white hot choc options (3syns) and 1 meringue nest (2.5syns)) topped with a banana


Exercise: 20mins walk with my dog :)

Total syns: 13 syns

Breakfast: yoghurt, apple and grapes

Snack: banana

Dinner: sw quiche, salad and sugar free jelly, clementines

Snack: skimmed milk in tea (1/2HA), 2 ryvita dark (HB) and 20g cheese (3/4HA) (remainder to use is 3/4 of a HA - edit: I've now used 1 laughing cow light (2/5 of a HA) and 2 krisprolls (HB))



Tea: Quorn and bean chilli couscous, fromage frais, 1.5 sachets of options hot choc (3syns), 1.5 meringue nests (3.5syns) - yum yum yum !



Exercise: none (far too cold !!)

Total syns: 6.5 syns so far :)

Dinner: Spicy carrot soup, 4 krisprolls (HB+2syns) + 5 laughing cow lights (HA), sugar free jelly

Snack: skimmed milk in tea (HA), kiwi, pineapple, banana

Tea: Jacket potato, 42g low fat cheese (HB) and beans. I'm totally addicted to fromage frais mixed with white choc options, but have found that a sachet is 2.5 syns rather than 2.0 syns - definitely worth it. I ended up having 2.5 meringue nests (6syns), 1.5 options turkish delight options (3syns), another hot choc (2syns), 1 roses country fudge (2syns?)


Exercise: None - again far too cold and snowing !!!

Total syns: 15:)

Pretty much off the rails but did ok during the day today (think its gone a bit extra easyish):

Breakfast: weetabix (HB), skimmed milk in tea (HA) throughout day.

Snacks: apple, banana

Dinner: homemade roasted veg soup, followed by a fruit salad

Snack: vending machine hot choc (syns??)

Tea: homemade prawn curry made with spray oil (so no extra syns), boiled rice, followed by fromage frais/yog/hot choc mix (3syns)

chocolate: 9 tesco chocolate orange segments (18syns).

Ok, I know its not a great day by any means, but I'm trying to be positive and give myself praise for the good bits - sad I know ! Hopefully I'll be getting back on plan a bit more in the next few days.

Ok, here's today:

Breakfast: 28g porridge (HB), natural yog low fat, skimmed milk (HA)
Snack: banana
Dinner: roasted veg and tom soup, 4 krisprolls (HB+2syns), 4 laughing cow light (HA)
Snack: fruit salad, another 4 krisprolls (8syns - not worth it but I had very little on offer at work apart from those or the vending machine!)
Tea: Rice and quorn/bean chilli, followed by yog, vlf fromage frais and hot choc mix (3syns), 2 options hot chocolates (4syns)

Total: 17 syns, not too bad in the grand scheme of things !?!?!?!

Probably some vending machine hot choc on the long journey home in the snow (syns) !

Yesterday didnt turn out toooo bad, but I'm still waiting to shift the extra bulk of weight from * week.

Here's today:
Breakfast: 28g porridge oats (HB), yog, skimmed milk (HA), banana
Dinner: roasted tom and veg soup, couscous,
Snacks: grapes, apple,
Tea: tiny bit of soup to start ! (ie stop me from being so ravenous when we arrived home!), sw chips, salad and falafel (4syns), 1 egg
Dessert: 2 meringues (5syns), hot chocolate powder (6syns), with l/f yog.

15syns and I still have a healthy A and healthy B left to use.

HOORAY - At last I have a new diary ! Already I'm feeling in a better frame of mind, with having a lovely diary to record my eatings in :)

Breakfast: weetabix (HB), skimmed milk (HA), banana
Dinner: peppers/onion/salad, cottage cheese, 2 wholemeal slices from small loaf (HB), yog.
Snacks: clementines, apple, grapes
Tea: roasted swede, carrot, bns, pepper, courgette, cottage cheese, jacket pot, 42g low fat cheese (HA), 2 tbsp gravy (0.5syns)
Dessert 25g choc (6.5syns)

Just wondering if I'll start again with keeping a diary on here even though I've bought my diary now !

Breakfast: skimmed milk (HA), bran flakes/wheatgerm (HB+4syns) or I might call it 2HB depending on what I have later on.

Dinner: pasta penne with mozarella (HA+3.5syns)

Tea: Quorn and mixed bean chilli and rice

Snacks: banana, orange, strawberries, activia fat free yog, hot choc with squirty cream (3syns), 15g chocolate buttons (4 syns)
