I'm healthy!!

Sorry but just had to shout it from the roof tops and share my news with everyone on here who has helped me along my way, Bl, SB, Kat, Jez, Min, Laydee and all the September starters. I can't beleive how emotional I feel just saying it! For the first time in my adult life I am healthy, actually healthy. That's amazing to me. Not sure if this 'deserved' it's own thread but wanted to share my joy with you all!!

Under a stone to go now till RTM, so excited! Keep with it people, this diet changes your life.

thanks all, still can't quite believe it, it's so surreal! I have started so many diets in the past and never even got close to this part. This time it was just so different, it was all about the head. The rest was easy
