ok ok from tomorrow i am begginning my big weight loss journey and need all the help i can get.
my son told me a few days back that he sometimes gets teased because he has a 'fat mam' :cry:
so im off to slimming world tomorrow night.
3 years ago i lost 4 1/2 stone with them and felt fab but i put it all back on and more!!!
id say i now have at least 7 stone to loose so i know its gonna take a while.
