I'm in the 12's!!!!

This is I think my lowest weight in about 23 years - 12st 10lbs. I lost 4lbs this week, and hope to lose at least 4 more lbs over the next 2 or 3 weeks, to get me under 12st 7lbs, and ready for if weight goes on in the rest of rtm.

I am really delighted though - I'm glad I switched to rtm, instead of another week of abstinance. Just need my ernergy to get boosted tso the exercise gets easier.

Just 2 more lbs, and I'll have lost 11stone in total - hope I can get there!
