    My tip would be to check out the SW threads, food diaries, healthy extras, subscribe to the bargains thread, there is loads of helpful advice on here, good luck;)

    Welcome to SW and Minimins!
    All the help you will ever need is available on this forum, best advice I can give is do a daily food diary, this way your consultant can see if you have a problem. Preplan your week, write out a menu for the week, this stops you buying food you don't need, stick to it!

    Read your food optimising book cover to cover! Than make a quick list to stick to your fridge. Have the book to hand when making shopping lists or meal plans!
