I can't stick to the diet im cheating everyday as soon as its 5 in the evening I start eating what can I do
 
Have you thought about doing SS+? Really helps me to know that I'm 'allowed' food, and I'm getting better at coming up with recipes for the protein&veg (mainly eat carbs normally!)

Iv been on and off since December lol when I newly started I stuck to it lost over a stone but then stopped due to problems in family now started on Wednesday but it's so hard I'm cheating
 
Get in the bath - it's really hard to eat there! MAke it a nice one though - bubbles, nice products, dwell on how much more you are going to love it when you have a tiny body! You sound like me, emotional eater? Sometimes the only thing I can do is pin myself down, but if needs must!

It sounds to me like you're never quite letting yourself get into ketosis - you almost get there but then you eat something carby and put yourself back where you started?

Something I've done before which might just work for you is to just let yourself eat low carb food when the munchies strike, even if you end up eating more than would be allowed in an SS+ or 810 meal. You need to get into ketosis so you aren't a slave to your fluctuating blood sugar.

So when those munchies strike, make sure you're ready for them. Have a chicken salad all made up in the fridge and eat that. Cook up some hard boiled eggs and have them sitting in the fridge waiting for you - have a dollop of mayo with them (just for the first day or two when you're getting back on the diet). Chop up some cucumber, celery and green peppers and snack on those - cauliflower's not bad raw either - and again, if that doesn't appeal, consider dipping those chopped veggies in mayo (just til you get yourself back into ketosis).

Cos I reckon once you've got back into ketosis, you'll find sticking to SS+ a whole lot easier.
