When we go to our local Indian shop to stock up on spices, we always treat ourselves to some Indian Barfi, would anyone know the syns for this? I'll post the nutritional info below...

Fat 12.1
Carbs 38.8g
Protein 6.83

My fiancé will be gutted if he can't use some syns for this lol

What is barfi? Is it something that might have a free food allowance? As that will make a difference to how/whether you can calculate the syn value yourself
