Hi! I came across this forum whilst searching online for other people's experiences on the Juddd diet.. I started the diet myself after reading an article about it in the Telegraph, it seemed like the perfect weight loss plan to me! I have never seriously tried dieting before (although I always wished I was a stone lighter!) because I know I would never stick to it long term.. but I think it might be different with Judddd
So I started on the first Monday of the year and so far my weight loss has been as follows:
Week 1 - 2lb loss
Week 2 - 2lb loss
Week 3 - 1lb loss
Week 4 - 1lb loss
So I have gone from 9st 9lb to 9st 3lb which is amazing for me as I have never been this light! On the down side I look and feel exactly the same.. I wonder how much I need to loose before I notice a difference! I don't really have a goal weight, but as I'm quite short (5ft3) I think I can afford to go down a few more lbs yet!
My experience with the diet has been pretty good.. I do feel hungry on my dd's but I also quite enjoy them in a weird way, and the up days are great! I always try to stick to 500cals on my dd's but sometimes it creeps up to 600! The real challenge will be next week though as my boyfriend, who works away at sea, is coming home for a few weeks.. and we eat out a lot together.. will just have to try and do it every other day! As long as I don't put the weight back on though I'll be happy, and I can concentrate on loosing more when he goes back to work!
Well I hope I haven't rambled on too much! It's nice to read all your posts and pick up some tips
