Has your group got its own Facebook page, that's a good start.

Unless people want to say online where they are from, it is unlikely, unless - as bilsat says - your local group has a facebook page. Lots of groups do, but they are normally private pages, which you would have to ask to join.

People on this site sometimes say where they are from, but not always.

There are privacy and data protection issues to be considered.
