But you don't have to stick to Mullerlights - why not try one of the other syn-free yoghurts?
Asda's version of Mullers are 5 for £1
Activia FF - 2x4-packs for £3
WW - 2x4-packs for £2.50

The shape fuller for longer are free & really do fill you up...2 packs of 4 for £2.50 at Asda.

Also the WW Dessert yogs are about 1 syn, but well worth the syn they have 4 in a pack & the flavours are really yum:

Lemon Cheesecake
Strawberry Crumble (may be tart)
Raspberry tart (may be crumble)
Toffee Apple
