Is this normal???

:confused::confused::confused: Well I am in week 6. Delighted with what I have lost so far. First 2 weeks I was tired and then buzzing with energy. Got TOTM at start of week 5 and had it all week and was exhausted. Did no exercise at all. Now in week 6 and still exhausted. TOTM is gone about 3 days. Also bloated today but bowel is moving fine. (In fact slightly too fine).

Why am I so tired? I feel as though I am losing nothing this week and desparately want to exercise but just don't feel up to it at all. I have been off work for the past 4 days and still tired!

Does it come in ebbs and flows? Is it normal? Anything I can do?

I've not been on it long enough to talk through long term effects, but IMO I would offer that you have lost quite alot of weight very quickly and you body is adjusting, especially hormones seem to take a clobbering. Are you actually getting enough good quality sleep ;)

yeah really normal ebbs and flows is how it works ..with your moods too i was great a few days a go and now i feel like crap nothing in particular but i just feel like crying all the time today
...keep plodding it will be worth it

Yep loads of sleep! Sleeping really soundly!

But like nic said too.....I have had tears springing into my eyes for absolutely no reason!!!! Life couldn't be better at the moment!
