Great attitude! I "only" lost 5lbs in the first week and was a little disappointed to start with, but as you said, its gone for good now and its a big chunk out of that first stone!
3 gone on week 2, I'm still happy with that, when I did lighterlife 5 yrs ago I was rarely lucky enough to have a massive loss! still more than any other diet tho
