I've had to go onto a 'normal diet' for a week,another question

Hello

Following my sickness bug at the begining of the week I then went on to get tonsilits:cry: and am now on antibiotics for a week.Following the advice of the GP I have been on a normal healthy diet this week and can resume CD when my antibiotics are finished.I have gained 3lb which I'm not going to get upset about as my health comes first but will I have a big loss when I start SSing again like I did my first week,I have een eating bread,pasta and things like that.
Curious really more than anyting on how it works

The 3lb weight gain will probably only be water so I wouldn't worry about that.

Sometimes when folks restart - like after a week off for Christmas - they do lose a vast amount of pounds.

You will just have to wait and see!

any weight you regain this week will just be water/glycogen. as soon as you go back onto CD you will lose it all again.

Your health is more important so dont worry too much xx
