Well, I've finally decided to start a diary so I can keep track and share my ups and downs along this journey.
I weighed in on Sunday at 17st 13.5lb - nothing to be proud of. I think I have been heavier than this but I've never weighed myself before now - ignorance is bliss sometimes!
Anyway, I'm getting married in 13 weeks and have vowed to myself to give it my best shot and look a little healthier and lighter before my big day!
Today has been a rough day - got a corker headache and have been feeling hungry (actually, not hungry just craving stodge!) and can't be bothered to do anything! Need to get moving I think! X
