jalepenos! yes or no?

I absolutely love those green chilli jalepenos but can I add them to my plain cottage cheese just to give it a kick?

Hi there. I love jalepenos too and I have to own up and say I have a few of the pickled ones every night! They don't affect me in any bad way. I know they are not on the allowed food lists but I just can't resist!

Chilli's and garlic - the two things I miss more than anything ...... never thought that chocolate wouldn't be on my list of "missed" foods!
Not really sure why chilli's are not on the list of allowed items.
