Hi Donna!
Just looking at your stats, do you need to lose another 8lbs?? Hows the running going?? I've kinda stopped!

I don't need to loose another 8lbs now, but I'm anticipating gaining at least that over the Christmas period (which apparently has already started for me.)

running hasn't happened for over a week :/ it stopped with the frost and hasn't started again as I've just been too busy. Exercise hasn't stopped though as I have been doing 30 minutes on the crosstrainer most days. Hoping I can make running on Thursday so that I have a session before Christmas. Def doing that half marathon in March so will have no excuses but to keep it up in Jan

I have organised to start running with a gf on sat's in the new year and for some reason i've stopped altogether on the treadmill! I've printed off a new plan though and i'm starting to miss it so thats good!!

My target for Jan is to get to target so I was 3.5 away but with Xmas and NY it could be up to half a stone I guess.

I will however wait and post my target for sure in Jan!!
