Aww thanks Missy - my back still hurts but ive stopped the codeine as they were bunging me up. I wrote absolutely everything down that passed my lips last week even liquids so I think a combination of that and stopping the tablets helped. I know i wont lose the same this week but any loss will be good x

I don't blame you, codeine is awful stuff. I had 60mg plus the massive ibroprofen tablets when I broke my coccyx and it a) knocked me flat and I couldn't stop sleeping and b) couldn't go for days! Well done on the loss though, really pleased that you've got through it x

I'm ok! Resisting temptation in the pub and panicking about my appointment on Tuesday. Wish I could lose another half a stone by then but not likely lol x

Lol I wear the same clothes every week leggings and a vest top. Even whilst its been freezing hubby would say aren't you putting something warm on to go out - yes ill put my hoodie and socks on but they come off at the scales lol. One guy took his t shirt off last week cos he wanted 4lb off to get his doctors referral and he got it lol. Things havent got that bad yet for me lol
