I gained 0.5lb this week that'll be the alcohol from Saturday night!!! Oops!!! So I didn't hit target for January but still 5.5lb off in jan and joined up for the feb challenge so bring it on!!

I hope so too - feels like a mountain to climb at the moment and need to make sure I'm losing more than 0.5lb per week or I'll never make it! No days off ever now x
