A little late to the party, but eh.
In my last fitness and weight loss push, I would jog at a very slow pace for about 50 minutes three times a week. This time around, I'm starting from the very beginning, at race pace. So, my goal this month is to get to the point where I can do 5 minutes of constant running at that pace. Currently doing 1 minute run, 2 minute walk three times.

Hello there - I want to lose weight, but I don't think setting a weight loss goal with a time is particularly wise. I can control how my exercise improves a lot better than how much weight will come off me - so I'll go with that. Kira said it'd be fine, hehe.

I read that initially as 1.56lb lost which in itself is a respectable loss then I realised it was 5.6!! That's nearly half a stone! That's an amazing loss you loonyWeek 1 5.6lb lost.
