Hi all, are any of the 'old crew' still around, or is it just me?! (So everyone else has been good then, lol!)

Started CD again today after putting on TWO STONE since last year (I blame Xmas!), determined to get down and stay there this time!

(To those who don't know me - I lost three stone on CD last year, but foolishly let the weight creep back on.)

There's one thing I've learned.....when you diet, you diet for life!! :sigh:

Good Luck. Sounds awful doesn't it - Dieting for Life - still I'm sure that we will eventually learn not to overdo it.
