Jaydes back on sw :)

Well I gained :( I did have one meal out but chose what I thought was not too bad, and that one lunchbox screwed up and bought a sarnie but don't think I deserved it!

Anyway I've picked myself up and I'm going to give it my all!

EE day today

Breakfast - melon, grapes and activia 0% fat
Lunch - smoked mackerel salad (2)
Dinner - jacket potato with beans and hex a cheese and salad

Snacks 80g prunes (hexb) banana, kitkat (5.5)

Will probably have a hot chocolate before bed as a treat.
 
Food plan for today :)

B - baked beans, turkey bacon and poached egg, fruit

L - turkey bacon Blt with ketchup (1) +heb

D - pasta n sauce with no milk and veg

Snacks 3 babybel light (a) banana

I'm saving my syns for the evening as that's when I most want them and will see what I fancy :)
 
Hi hun your doing great well done for getting back to it dispite the weigh in, it's probably just your body getting used to it all and next week you will have a great lost :D keep up the great work hun xx
