Im a serial weigher but im watching my weight look like its going up
ive kept to my diet and excercised like a mad woman.....hope it goes by offical weigh day

Well having done 5 excercise classes this week I have 2 days to loose some weight or I will have stayed the same
so must find ways to move today. X

Well I weighed in this morning @ home where I started ....1st July I weighed 22 stone.... 1st August I weigh 20st 5lbs.... so thats 23lbs gone in a month.

Bf just announced if i dont eat something hes banishing me to the shed. Would normally be ok but we are very skint and ive bought no food for myself. Its all bad food in my house
