On Thursday this week, I signed up for a 6 week block... I get 60 checks a day. Here goes!

Day One on Scottish Slimmers...
Friday 24.08.2012

Food today -

Breakfast
Gammon (7), mushrooms, tomato

At work - everyone else had breakfast rolls, treated myself to 2 sausages (8)

Lunch
Salad - lettuce, tomato & cucumber
Pesto deli dressing (3)

Afternoon snack

Stupidity
Mars bar (10)

Not too bad. I hadn't intended to go out for tea, but really enjoyed it!
Shouldn't have had the Mars, but it was a weak moment....!

Drank plenty of water and a couple cans of Coke Zero. Work is vile at the moment - chocolate & crisps are so tempting, but no! Staying focussed instead

Feelings =
Pretty good!
Couldn't eat all my tea, really enjoyed my piece of Bounty too, shared one with the blokey... woulda bitten his hand off if he'd tried to have my chocolate before!

Feelings -
Still feeling pretty good! Looking forward to my supper later, I will be having an early night tonight for work tomorrow, will be a horrendous day.
Must have a plan in action for the food aspect - I don't want to "fall off" as it were...!

Feelings :-
Quite happy...12 hour day at work, would usually have lead to 2, 3 maybe 4 bars of chocolate. Crisps. Cakes. Pancakes.. anything & everything... so being 0.5 checks over is definitely ok! I'll take it off tomorrow :)
