My head hadn't been in the game, but having had some shocking news recently about a friend who is poorly and may not make Christmas this year.... its made me think.

I rejoined a class last night, and am motivated and really focussed on giving 110% to make a positive difference to my life. I was quite pleased to have only gained 2lbs since September. Been eating like a pig to be honest.

I got a Daily Checker book to keep an eye on my checks, and started planning. It's hard work, planning! But will get there.

Good luck to me :)

Dont be so hard on yourself! I think u are doing great. Im not on anything at momet. Sw not working to good for me and i loved tht plan, im moving house very soon at ss is up at new place so im looking it all up and i think ur diary is great for ne to nose at! Id prob have 60/65 checks also. Think im 20 s 7 at moment. I like ur honesty with ur chocolate! That is my down fall. Ive gave up bread at home i have the odd sandwich out n about. There is a vitamin chromium in it, thishelps ur craving go. It makes sugar taste yukkie. Im hopeing to eventually get a drop form of chromium from herbalist. U would drop it on tongue and when u eat ur sweet u wont want it! X sounds awesome!!!! Ha! Hope u have kept going with ss ill look out for updates on your diary!
 
^^^ Thank you for your comments :D You know those days where life just seems shoite and you need a boost, a pick me up, to pull you back to some balance?? That was yesterday for me, and today, you've really cheered me up :)

Good luck with your move! I actually just moved at the beginning of May, and feel now is ready to get back into SS :)

Ive read through your diary and I love your honesty, too! I always say...as long as youre trying....youre not failing. If that makes sense. LOL. So I think you've done quite well. Life throws curveballs and stuff crops up and some days are just going to be OFF days. You should be pleased with yourself! x
 
Yum!!! The freedom you have on this diet is so liberating and really does help with sticking to it. My issue is that I didnt see results FAST enough. Dont get me wrong...any "diet" or change to your lifestyle and what/the way you eat is difficult....but I remember there were days where i just wanted a Mars bar...so i counted it in my checks and just ate it! LOL.

Haha, thats true. But a change for life, its not gonna happen overnight! Would be good if it did though, lose 3 stone a day, BAM target by the weekend! Haha
